In spite of my many endeavors in other media, poetry remains my first love. My poetry has been published in a small handful of literary magazines and a large handful of my own chapbooks.

I currently have one collection of poetry available for purchase in paperback, "a fear of the dark," published in 2018. The titular poem of this collection was nominated for a Pushcart Prize.

a fear of the dark is composed of 70 poems written over the last ten years. Freshly revised and highly curated, these poems take on new meaning as a singular narrative that tells the story of my past.
